Today, we are excited to announce Ricoh’s latest transformation to the Ricoh ProVision Certified Dealer. Throughout these years, Doing Better Business has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. Our dedicated team has consistently been recognized as an overachiever, continually earning top honors for their outstanding performance.

Ricoh Americas Corporation continues to enhance the program to make sure this designation is valuable to clients when they are looking for a partner to exceed all their expectations when it comes to managing their print and document needs.  

In order to achieve this recognition, DBB had to meet stringent standards in response time, technical expertise, training, efficiency and customer satisfaction.  According to Chris DeMars, Director, Dealer Services at Ricoh, “Doing Better Business is truly the best of the best in our industry when it comes to achieving this prestigious recognition.”

While it is nice to receive company recognition, this cannot happen without outstanding efforts from our technical team.  In addition, DBB had nine service technicians earn the ProVision 2024 Service Engineer Certification.  These technicians are in an elite group of the top 3% of 4,010 service technicians that were eligible to participate across the United States.  Congratulations to Bob Hamilton, Ed Ricci, Eric Price, Jim McGivern, Kenneth Kusar, Raymond Cole, Ricci Jones, Ryan Metzger and Troy Lewis.
