Altoona, PA, – Doing Better Business, a leading managed print services provider, has been honored with the 2019 Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award. Doing Better Business has received this distinction for the last seven years, every year since 2013. In addition to the Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award, Doing Better Business also had ten (10) Service Engineers achieve the Ricoh Prestige Certification. The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award honors the top dealers in the United States based on technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time success rates and overall customer satisfaction. A Circle of Excellence Award signifies a quality business relationship with Ricoh that is unmatched by Doing Better Business competitors. Only 13% of Ricoh dealers receive this award annually.

Nationally, only 44 out of over 350 Ricoh dealers have at least one service technician achieve Prestige Certification, and this year, Doing Better Business had ten Service Engineers obtain the certification. This is the highest level of attainment for service engineers within Ricoh’s RFG Circle of Excellence program. This year, over 1,750 technicians participated, and only 93 in the country received the Prestige Certification.

“We work very hard to achieve this certification,” said Glenn Elbin, Senior Vice President of Service, “Each of our technicians receive certified training for at least two weeks every year and, we could not be more proud of our ten technicians who have earned the Ricoh Prestige Certification this year. We are proud to have 10% of the nation’s Ricoh Prestige Certified Technicians on our team.”
