We are so excited to announce that our Dealership and Service Team have been honored with the 2021 Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award. We have received this distinction for the last eight years, every year since 2013.  

The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award honors the top dealers in the United States based on technical expertise and quality of service, model certification, efficiency, response time success rates and overall customer satisfaction. A Circle of Excellence Award signifies a quality business relationship with Ricoh that is unmatched by Doing Better Business’ competitors. Only 13% of Ricoh dealers receive this award annually.

To be recognized as a Dealer Service Excellence Certified Dealer, participants must take part in both the Prestige and Service Operations Assessments given by Ricoh. The Ricoh RFG Circle of Excellence Certified Dealership program was designed to recognize Ricoh partners who provide outstanding service and support in accordance with Ricoh’s stringent guidelines for quality and service.
