This year, four members of our service team earned the ProVision 2026 Service Engineer Certification, further highlighting the depth of talent within our organization. Al Scarton, Rick Keltz, Ray Cole, and Matt Young demonstrated exceptional dedication to their craft by meeting the rigorous standards required for this elite certification. Together, they bring a combined industry experience of 106 years, making their achievement a testament to their technical expertise, commitment to continuous improvement, and focus on delivering dependable, high-quality service to our customers.
Earning the ProVision 2026 certification is no small feat. Out of more than 4,300 service engineers who were eligible to participate, only the top 3.4 percent achieved this level of certification. This places our certified service engineers among an elite group of professionals who consistently demonstrate advanced knowledge, skill, and dedication within the industry.
This achievement reinforces the high standards our service team holds itself to every day. ProVision certification recognizes not only technical proficiency, but also the ability to apply that expertise in real-world environments to keep customers’ technology running smoothly and reliably.
We are incredibly proud of our certified service engineers and the hard work that led to this recognition. Their success directly benefits our customers and reflects our continued investment in training, performance, and service excellence. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!
