Who do I call if I need service, supplies or parts?

Your service phone number is still the same and now you will have more ways to contact us.   In addition to the local technicians you know and love, you’ll have full access to our remote team of technology experts available to aid your team and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Will I still be able to pick-up supplies (toner) locally?

Yes!  Our new address in Pittsburgh is in the Strip District at 2735 Railroad Street.  Our current address in Erie continues to be 6484 Buffalo Road.
