Request any supplies or services that you need regarding your print environment, document management or managed IT services. For maintenance, please completely describe the service request.
2. Can I request specific supplies or send you links?
If you’re interested in specific items, please feel free to send that information along. We are manufacturer neutral and work with reputable suppliers to acquire an array of supplies for our clients’ needs. We’ll talk to our suppliers and reach out to discuss options with you.
3. How am I billed?
You will be billed through your account or according to your managed service plan. Please contact us directly if you have any questions about this.
4. What information should I include?
Please fill out the entire form completely, including a detailed description of the supplies or materials you need. If this is a routine supply order for you, please indicate as such and we’ll order supplies according to your contract or purchase history.
5. I need these supplies urgently. Can I email, call, and message you through the web portal?
