Eric Price is our Rex, Monarch of the Month for July!
Every month, Doing Better Business, Inc., bestows the title of Rex, Monarch of the Month to one of our team members for outstanding customer service. Rex is the Monarch of the Mardi Gras and New Orleans is this year’s destination for our Annual President’s Club Trip. One of our Rex, Monarch of the Month winners and their guest will be invited on the trip to New Orleans.

Eric Price called prior to showing explaining that he was on his way to my office and would arrive in approximately 15-20 minutes. He was very professional and polite over the phone. When he arrived he asked about the problem I was having and assured me it would be fixed and taken care of before he left because I was under a deadline very stressed and still had a lot to finish and I was worried it wasn’t going to be fixed in time considering it was Friday. Eric was very professional and friendly. It didn’t take him long to fix the error I was having with the copier and he took the time to clean the entire machine. When he was completely finished he asked if I had any questions or was having any other problems that I needed help with. It was nice to know that he wasn’t too busy and took the time instead of completing the job that needed done and leaving right away. I was able to finish my job with the deadline and actually finished it early because of Eric’s prompt attention to his job!! It’s not to often you run into people like Eric – who you can tell enjoy their job and it shows with Eric. Kudos to him!!!!
