We are pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2022, Canton Business Machines, Inc., (CBM) has become a part of Doing Better Business, Inc. (DBB).  Much like DBB, CBM is a family-owned and operated business with a track record for helping their customers achieve business success through the proper placement and usage of technology.

CBM has always offered the award-winning Savin, Ricoh and Lanier product line and now will benefit from the increased service support of our Ricoh Family Group Certified Circle of Excellence Service team.

We are also excited to bring to Ohio’s Cleveland-Akron-Canton Metro the ability to provide, service and support for world-class products and technology from HP (Hewlett-Packard), Sharp and Fujitsu.

Who do I call if I need service, supplies or parts?

Your service phone number is still the same and now you will have more ways to contact us.   In addition to the local technicians you know and love, you’ll have full access to our remote team of technology experts available to aid your team and troubleshoot issues in real-time.

Will I still be able to pick-up supplies (toner) locally?

Yes!  We are keeping our office and warehouse at 6730 Wise Avenue N.W., N. Canton, OH 44720.  All of the current CBM team will be continuing to support our clients and we hope to add to the team soon.
