Doing Better Business Awarded RFG Circle of Excellence Award
Doing Better Business, Inc., is proud to announce that it has received the 2018 RFG Circle of Excellence award and has three technicians who achieved Prestige status in the area of Hardware/Engine Track from Ricoh USA.
The designation demonstrates knowledge and skill that makes them the “Best of the Best” as part of Ricoh’s Service Excellence Program.
The “Prestige” certification is obtained via completion of on-line, time-sensitive testing and is available to be earned by all Ricoh-Savin-Lanier professionals certified by Ricoh at the time of the examination. Over 2,200 technicians from 373 dealers started the testing process, and only 115 technicians from 37 dealers achieved the certification.
This Circle of Excellence award was designed to recognize Dealers who provide outstanding service and support in accordance with Ricoh’s guidelines. The Circle of Excellence involves continual updated certifications, rigorous tests, and documentation from customer surveys.
