Our Business Relationship Manager works with us to find the appropriate multi-functional device that meets our needs and budget. We always receive same day service when placing a service call, which is important because of the large volume of printing and copying that is done on a daily basis. DBB field engineers are always friendly and courteous, explaining the repair if a part is needed and when the repair will be completed or is completed.

When we started our audit process with WPS, we had over 700 devices in our system and only 295 were networked and manageable. Today with Doing Better Business, we have a total of 405 devices and 395 are networked, managed and monitored. We achieved well over $1 million dollars in savings over the initial five years of our Managed Print Services Program.
